　　If my city council wants to hear my idea,I will suggest that the money is used to build a sports field for the teenagers who do not have one on their school campus.←完全可以用口头陈述的方式来开头一篇托福独立写作。当话题就是很everyday topic的时候，不要刻意“拔高”题目的立意，不要让措辞太“严肃”，从而失去“话语感”。Under the circumstance that some local high schools do not have a sports field for their teenage students,the public garden for all residents,albeit a good idea,is less important.
